Who we are
Point Taken Digital is an ecommerce marketing agency based in Sri Lanka, working with brands in the US, UK and Australia. For anything about your data, email hellopointtakendigital@gmail.com.
What we collect
- When you request a free audit: your name, email, store web address, main market, rough monthly revenue (optional), the service you're interested in, and your message.
- When you browse the site: usage data through Google Analytics, such as pages visited, how you arrived and roughly where you are. This uses cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to you, run your free audit and arrange a call.
- To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.
We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to mailing lists without asking.
Who handles it for us
- Netlify hosts this website and stores form submissions.
- Google (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) measures site usage.
Cookies
This site uses Google Analytics cookies to understand how it's used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep audit requests for up to 24 months, or longer only if we go on to work together. After that we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us at the address above. If you're in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
